The medical care of foreigners, whether they are legal or illegal, is complex. Indeed, it faces several barriers including one of the most important is the language barrier. Existing tools that aims to overcome this difficulty have certain limitations. It lacked an intermediate tool that would be between the book of translation and interpreting.

Traducmed is an application designed to allow medical personnel to assess the situation in the absence of translators and evaluate medical emergencies, social or administrative.
